Candles: The secret behind City’s promotion push?

Football fans have been saying prayers for years. Some may even argue there’s more prayer in football grounds than there is in churches. But some City fans have been taking this idea to whole new levels. After Gary Johnson asked supporters to light a candle for the club in a bid to aid the promotion challenge, fans around the world have been emailing in their photos to the club. It’s working so far with City winning two in a row for the first time since the new year period, moving us up into the automatic promotion spots, a point ahead of Stoke and one behind Watford.
